The higher the level of complexity a coach works at, the greater the need for maturity, both in themselves and their practice. It’s less about having tools than how we bring ourselves into the client team’s systems.

We will share the work of the Coach Maturity Research Group and explore the transitions coaches go through to achieve more by doing less. When is it time to let go of competency frameworks? How do mature coaches use their wisdom and expense in service of the client team? How do you develop your ability to think in terms of complex, adaptive systems, in order to help your clients see and influence their systems?

Each session will be followed by a discussion group aimed at helping you relate the concepts to your own continuing development as a coach.
