The four are interviewed by IOC Executive Director Jeff Hull as we discover the history of their coaching careers.

We learn how David, Eileen, Eric, and Pam discover coaching, coming from a variety of industries ranging from entertainment to retail, and we learn from our guests what goes into being a successful coach, and establishing oneself and creating communities one can learn and grow from. To close out the episode, we hear from our four guests about what makes for successful coaching relationship, and subsequently, a coaching career.
